In what industries or fields is DOP plasticizer used?
1. Uses:
- Used for toughening PA6 and PA66. Improve the impact resistance, cold resistance, molding processability of nylon, and reduce water absorption.
- Used as a compatibilizer for nylon and polypropylene and polyethylene alloys.
- Used as a macromolecular modifier (coupling agent) for nylon filled with minerals and glass fibers.
2. Scope of use:
This toughening agent is suitable for PA toughening, flame retardant toughening and flame retardant reinforcement toughening. It is recommended to add 3-5 to super-tough nylon, which is suitable for dyeing processes with high requirements for PA, to promote the uniform dispersion of dyes and not affect the color of dyes. It is also suitable for toughening other types of nylon.
3. Usage method:
It can be directly mixed with the material for toughening without drying treatment, and the granulation effect is better after twin-screw extruder. Reference ratio: 3-5 for PA toughening; 15-25 for super-tough PA; or users can add according to product requirements and cost performance.
